The Planning Proposal for 53-61 Rawson Street, Epping is being considered at the upcoming City of Parramatta Planning, Transport and Environment Committee (‘Planning Committee’) Meeting at 4pm on Monday, 23 June 2025. The Council officer report and recommendation can be viewed from p238 of the Committee Business Paper (Item 9.3).
The meeting Minutes of the Planning Committee will be reported to Council on 14 July 2025 for a final Council decision on the matter. The meeting Minutes of the Planning Committee will be published on Council’s website on Friday 4 July 2025 and will be included as part of the Agenda for the Council Meeting on 14 July 2025.
You can register to speak to address the Planning, Transport and Environment Committee or the Council Meeting via following the link (which also provides further information related to these two meetings).
Any registration to speak at the Planning, Transport and Environment Committee must be submitted online before 10am the day of the Committee Meeting (Monday, 23 June 2025). Any registration to speak at the Council Meeting of 14 July 2025 must be submitted by 4pm on the Thursday prior to the Council Meeting. A verbatim, written submission must be submitted (for either meeting) via the above link. Only the written submission can be read out by the registered speaker. Please note that if a speaker registers to speak at the Planning, Transport and Environment Committee Meeting, they are not permitted to register to speak to that item again at the Council meeting (i.e. a different speaker would need to register to speak at the Council meeting).
