City of Parramatta Council, The Hills Shire Council and Transport for NSW (TFNSW) are working in partnership on the construction of 100 commuter car parking spaces at Junction Road, Winston Hills, that will service the bus stop along the M2 Motorway.

TFNSW will provide up to $2.5 million to complete pavement, kerb, footpath, landscaping and angled car parking spaces.

The Hills Shire Council will carry out the design and construction of the project as the proposed works are located within The Hills Shire Council boundary, while City of Parramatta Council is carrying out the community consultation, as the adjoining residents reside in the Parramatta Local Government Area (LGA).

The draft concept plan is available in the Resources section of this page.
