Epping Town Centre Master Plan endorsed
At the heart of the endorsed plan is the vision for Epping Civic Place – transforming the Rawson Street car park into a vibrant public square, green link to Boronia Park, with options for future underground car parking and space for a new community hub.
The Council resolution also included endorsement for the scoping and preparation of a Traffic and Transport study that will seek to verify the recommended road network changes, with amendments to the Master Plan as required.
Once again, we appreciate the vision shared by our community and the feedback received at each stage of consultation on the draft plan. We look forward to sharing updates as the plan takes shape over coming years.
