This Western Sydney Infrastructure Grant project will implement the Sue Savage and Reynolds Parks Masterplan, and will provide a diverse range of passive and multi-generational recreational activities and facilities including:
- New carpark with 36 x 90 degree angle parking spaces, 3 accessible parking spaces and a 2m wide concrete footpath to connect the carpark to surrounding facilities
- Drainage improvements along Chanel Street
- New skate park with elements such as quarter pipes, deep bowl, mogul pump, ramps, flat banks and tiered seating
- New asphalt BMX pump track
- Fitness equipment offering a full body workout
- New amenities building with accessible toilets
- Advanced trees and groundcover planting
- New furniture including picnic shelters, tables, seats and bike racks
Works will generally take place Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm and from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays.
