The three-year Hill Road project aims to reduce the frequency and intensity of flooding by making improvements to drainage and stormwater infrastructure.
Other works will include improved lighting, enhancement of public domain incorporating water sensitive urban designs, and intersection treatments that address current road safety concerns.
Members of the advisory group do not need qualifications in flood studies or engineering.
