COVID-19 has changed the way we live. We are redefining our routines and priorities, ways of working, how we connect with others, how we connect with our community and how we use our public spaces and places.
Sharing your experiences through this survey will help us understand what our community is facing. City of Parramatta Council provides a wide range of services, facilities and infrastructure that supports our community’s wellbeing. Better understanding the impacts of COVID-19 on our community will help to ensure Council services continue to meet your needs, and guide us to work more effectively with our stakeholders to build a strong and resilient City of Parramatta.

What will my feedback inform?
The information collected from this survey will help to inform the review and update of a number of Council’s strategies and policies. It is anticipated that the survey feedback will also guide further in-depth research in 2021, subject to budget availability.
