Stamford Avenue Shops Upgrade

Stamford Avenue Shops is a small local centre comprising four shops at the corner of Stamford Avenue and Fremont Avenue, Ermington. It is a convenient local centre that specialises in beauty, homewares and cakes.

Council is looking to upgrade this local centre to help realise its full potential as a valued part of your local area.

$240,000 has been allocated through the Better Neighbourhood Program with the goal of enhancing safety, vitality and economic prosperity. For more information please read our Frequently Asked Questions.

Based on your feedback from October 2021, a draft Public Domain Concept Plan has been developed to guide the streetscape upgrades around the Stamford Avenue Shops.
