Public exhibition closed at 5pm on Tuesday 22 November 2022.
The Draft Local Orders Policy applies to Orders issued by City of Parramatta Council under the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW)(LG Act), to order that a person do or refrain from doing something; meet a specified standard for a person’s premises; or indicate the nature of the work that, if carried out, would satisfy that standard.
This Policy supplements provisions of the LG Act and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2021 (NSW), as amended, from time to time, by setting out the circumstances in which an Order may be given undersection 124of the LG Act, and the criteria that must be considered in so giving an Order.
