This is a new proposal which would only apply between 6am-10am and 3pm-7pm Monday to Friday.
There was a proposal exhibited in December 2024 for an 'All Traffic Left Only' restriction 7 days a week. At the time, Council received a total of 36 submissions, with 14 in support, 2 providing partial support, and 20 opposing the proposal.
However, following continued requests from the community, a further review of the submissions indicated that a modified proposal, limited to peak periods, may receive broader community support.

All submissions must be received before the close of the public exhibition period. When providing a submission, you will be required to include:
- Your full name, address and contact details
- The name of the project
- Whether you ‘support’, ‘object to’ the project or you are simply providing comment on the project
- The reasons for your position (if you wish)
Submissions should be relevant to the project being publicly exhibited. Your response does not need to be technical or detailed, and you do not need to be a specialist to have your say. General comments and community perspectives are welcome.
