  • NSW Government rezoning proposal for the Parramatta North precinct.

    On 10 March 2025, City of Parramatta Council endorsed a submission on a NSW Government proposal to rezone the Parramatta North precinct. The submission can be viewed below. The submission has been provided to the Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) for their consideration as part of their assessment of the rezoning proposal.
